Cancellation Policy

By submitting a consultation request, you agree that a ProTerra representative may contact you by phone to confirm appointment times, directions, or other details related to your consultation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise! However, we require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your time is valuable, and so is our team's. If you anticipate running late to your scheduled appointment, please notify us immediately. Clients meeting more than 15 minutes past their scheduled start time may be asked to reschedule.
